Abstract

Podzolik Yellow Red Soil in Sitiung, West Sumatra has chemical properties that arenot good for crops when used without any improvement. One way to fix this iscalcification. Calcium dose given in this experiment were 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 tons ofcalcium/ha. The addition of calcium to raise the soil pH, the higher dose of calciumthe higher soil pH. Conversely the higher soil pH the lower Cu and Zn from the soilof this experiment.
